Once upon a time in a far away land called Kaixaviah, there lived a beautiful little blue bird called Olive. Olive loved to fly high in the sky with her little friends, but most of all she loved to perch herself on the branches of the Eucalyptus, in the three little trees forest. Olive would sit and sing happily while the leaves blew in harmony.

 

One sunny morning Olive woke to thundering vibrations that almost knocked her clear out of her branch. 'Oh my goodness' chirped Olive, "what could that be?" She looked up and over the hill and all she could see was a sea of bright yellow, angry bull dozers. Olive shook with fear and flew as fast as her blue little wings could take her. She weaved in and out of the trees looking for help, but nobody could be found. "HELP" Olive cried "the yellow bull dozers are coming and they are destroying our homes." Much to Olive's delight, two little girls, called Maya and Lily heard Olive's chirps for help.

 

"If we act quickly we can save the forest!!!" exclaimed the girls. "We need to stop the bulldozers first, and then gather as many seeds as we can to make our forest grow again." Because this was such a big job, Maya and Lily had to send a message delivered by the blue birds to all the little girls in the land to come and help them plant the seeds.

 

Maya had a thought, "Lily, we must hide the little seeds so that the angry yellow bull dozers don't try to stop us!" They all put their thinking caps on and came up with a very sneaky idea indeed. They decided to hide the three little tree seeds in the tags of all of the little girls clothes in the land, this way everyone could help without the enemy finding out.

 

Before they knew it, the land of kaixaviah blossomed and all the seeds that everyone planted were turning into great big trees for all the blue birds and animals of the forest to live in. Olive was overwhelmed with everyone's support and she now knew that the forest would live on forever and ever.
