Q. Is it safe for me to use my credit card?
A. The only form of credit card payment we accept is through PayPal ...so we don't even see your credit card details. PayPal is a very reputable company in Australia and Worldwide. Go to www.paypal.com.au for more information but if you still don't feel comfortable paying with PayPal you can send us a money order or pay by direct deposit.
Q. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
A. All orders are shipped within 1 business day from receipt of payment, using Australia Posts standard service, if you require express post please contact us and we can arrange it for you at a small additional charge.
Parcels posted within Australia will take approximately 2 working days to arrive.
International orders will take approximately 4 - 5 days to arrive.
Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $6.50 or FREE on all orders over $150!! excludes wholesale orders.
Q. Do you gift wrap?
A. All orders sent from us are wrapped in white tissue paper sealed with our special tree sticker, if you need it gift wrapped for a present please contact us and we will wrap it using recycled brown paper with a ribbon free of charge.
Q. Is the fabric very thick?
A. No, it is a very high quality Indian fabric made from light weight cotton, perfect for those hot summer months.
Q. Do the clothes come in regular sizing?
A. They are all of a consistent sizing range, please see our size measurement section.
Q. What currency do you accept?
A. All of our prices are based on Australian dollars however we accept orders from all countries. PayPal is an excellent way to pay in any currency.
Q. How many garments can I order at once?
A. You can order as little as you like or buy your daughter, niece or little friend a whole wardrobe.
Q. Are you an Eco-friendly company?
A. We do all we can to be as eco-friendly as we can! Among other things we use recycled paper for the parcels. All our fabric is hand printed in India. We offset all of our flights and by getting our customers to plant our seeds we know that is only doing good for our environment!
Q. What makes Three Little Trees clothing different to any other designer clothes?
A. Each garment was designed carefully with alot of love and passion; not only for fashion but for our precious world. We wanted to provide little girls with classic, chic looking styles that also represented our love of nature. Each garment that is purchased takes us all one step further towards a cleaner, greener future. One dollar from each purchase will be donated to an environmental fund. Every person that buys our clothes has the opportunity to plant three little native Australian seeds that are attatched to our swing tags. And the simple, natural beauty of this that as their little girl grows they can watch their own little tree grow too.
